/ Work with me
Marketing that has to pay for itself.
I work with a small number of founders and teams on paid growth where the numbers actually have to work. If your dashboard looks fine but the bank account disagrees, that's usually my kind of problem.
Performance marketing audit
A hard look at your unit economics, tracking and funnel — and where the money is leaking.
You get a written teardown: what your LTV, CAC, break-even ROAS and payback period actually are, which conversions your tracking is double-counting or losing, and every leak I find ranked by what it is costing you — in the order I would fix them.
Paid growth strategy
Channel selection, budget structure and a scaling plan built on your actual LTV and CAC.
You get a channel and budget plan tied to those numbers: what to run where, what each channel has to return before it earns more money, and the point at which scaling stops paying. Written down, so your team can execute it without me in the room.
Affiliate & programmatic
Building partner-led and automated demand channels that pay per outcome.
You get the setup work: partner and inventory selection, the commercial terms to ask for, the tracking and postback checks that have to pass before a rupee moves, and the reporting that tells you whether a partner is incremental or taking credit for demand you already had.
Bring me the numbers that aren't working.
Send me what you're running, roughly what it costs you now, and what 'working' would look like. I read every message myself, and I'll tell you straight whether this is a problem I can help with — including when the answer is no.
Prefer to check your own figures first? Run them through the free unit economics sheet.
Before we start a conversation
If you want to see the shape of my thinking before you send an enquiry, three posts do it better than a pitch page could. They are the ones I most often end up quoting inside actual engagements.
- The audit posture. Your brand is whatever your worst touchpoint is — a Tuesday-afternoon walk through your own funnel and the ranked list of what to fix that comes out of it. Most engagements start here, whether the paperwork calls it “brand” or “growth”.
- The retainer economics. How a profitable retainer quietly becomes an unprofitable one — the two costs (response latency, unbilled thinking time) that never appear on any scope document, and the re-scope conversation that saves the account. This is the shape my retainers do NOT drift into.
- The paid-media playbook. The performance marketing playbook I actually use — the sequence and the numbers behind every audit I ship.
If you send an enquiry and I think one of the three answers your question outright, I will say so — you should not pay for a call whose reply is a link.
